Biography
Brad Gibson is a partner and civil litigator with the Finney Law Firm. As a trial attorney, Brad has experience in the federal and state courts in Ohio and Kentucky, and has successfully represented private companies and individuals in a wide range of tort litigation and contract disputes. His practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate disputes, medical malpractice, and violations of constitutional rights.
Brad earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2010 where he served on the editorial board of the law review and competed on moot court.
Litigation is often one of the most stressful events in a person’s life, and Brad is humbled to have the opportunity to counsel clients through the process. Early on, he works with clients to identify what a successful outcome looks like in their case, and then maintains a dialogue concerning the legal, practical, and economic realities of their particular situation as it evolves. Brad seeks to provide the highest quality of legal services to achieve results in an efficient, yet thorough manner. To Brad, there is nothing better than seeing a client emerge from litigation with a favorable outcome and burdens lifted.
Away from the office, you will likely find Brad walking his Basset Hound with his wife and son, hitting errant tee shots on a golf course, or coaching hockey.
