Biography
Julie Gugino is an associate attorney with Finney Law Firm and has been admitted to practice in Ohio since 2001 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Julie was admitted to practice before the District of Columbia bar and was an active member from 2015 to 2025 and currently has changed to inactive status.
Julie graduated magna cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2001. While in law school, she clerked for Christopher P. Finney before joining his firm as an associate from 2001 to 2009.
In 2011, Julie began her own practice and focused primarily on constitutional litigation. Additionally, from 2012 to 2014, she served as legal counsel for the Center for Law & Religious Freedom with the Christian Legal Society and from 2014 to 2016 as an associate at Piorkowski Law Firm, PC in Washington, D.C. Julie has more than two decades of experience in real estate law, litigation and public interest litigation.
She resides in the Village of Madeira with her four children and three dogs, a welshie, golden retriever and rescue mutt. In undergrad, Julie majored in International Affairs, and, when not engaging in the practice of law, she enjoys soaking up the culture, language and foods in various international travels with her amazing kids. In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, cooking. She also enjoys supporting various nonprofits close to her heart including Back2Back.
